Gary Lucas performs a Live set for #GMVPride2020 introduced by Mama G
Inspired in his teens by the directly honest lyricism and passion of Alanis Morissette and the avant-garde pop of Tori Amos, his influences today continue to span the depths of the alternative and the mainstream, landing his original songs somewhere in the middle: sensitive, thoughtful and hook-laden. They often reveal a struggle to find peace and identity in such a loud and busy world. New single, "Maybe I" finds Lucas in a quietly hopeful mood, wondering whether he "could be the boy that everybody sees". But it's still only a maybe.
Aidan Sadler is a unique, versatile singer specialising in uptempo 80's, along with a wide repertoire of Pop, Rock, Musical Theatre & Opera. He has credits including resort, UK and cruise tours

Remnants HC is still the only openly gay women's hockey club in London - maybe in the UK! Remnants HC is a friendly club which welcomes gay, bi and straight women alike.
We welcome all hockey abilities from, "I've never even held a stick," to, "I used to play at school," and even "I'm world-class and looking for a fun new club." We don't discriminate!
Many of our club members are also here for our social scene, meeting new friends whilst getting fitter. Our members mostly come from south-east London and Kent so we can usually organise transport for those who need it. So get in touch and we look forward to welcoming you to our club.
The season runs from September to April. In the summer months we often play Rush Hockey and this year, we also took part in the first London Pride cup organised by London Royals HC in June 2018. Many of our members also take part in other sports events, like Pride 10K, Park run, London Marathon...
Off the hockey pitch, we also have a number of social events like escape room nights, swingers golf club, cocktail nights, London pride, country walks... In the summer, we also run Rush Hockey sessions every two weeks. Keep an eye on the calendar for events during the new season.
We play our games in the Kent league on Saturdays from September to March. When we play at home, our games take place at Colfe's School at 12:00 or 10:30. We play teams all over Kent, from Dartford, Sevenoaks, Marden, Blackheath or Faversham. Feel free to come and along and cheer.
On Tuesday nights we train at Colfe's school from 7pm and there are also a number of indoor rush hockey session during the winter.

Martin Adams was playing the guitar in a family band as a young teenager spending every Friday, Saturday and Sunday gigging the notorious Working Men's Clubs across London and Essex while trying to maintain his school work.
Attending his first Pride event in the early 80's he met musician Tom Robinson, who took him under his wing and helped him in his 'coming out'. Martin later sang backing vocals with Tom at the Duke Of York Theatre in London's west end in 1986. In the early 80's he was lead guitarist with Medway based band 'The Offbeats' with whom he recorded an album and toured Belgium.
A long-time campaigner for gay rights, equality and human rights, Martin attended 'on the street marches' throughout the 80's and 90's.
He joined the NHS HIV/AIDS department where he worked tirelessly through his educational role in supporting schools and teachers in HIV awareness, and facilitated 'sexuality awareness' programmes at a time when 'Section 28' was still rife. He also co-wrote and facilitated 'Coming Out' groups for young gay men across Medway & Gravesham at this time, despite opposition from local Tory MP's
After many years of struggling with his own mental health issues, he's starting to pick up the guitar again 🙂
